In 2012, there were more than 1.7 million reported rear-end crashes in the United States. This makes rear-end collisions one of the most common types of traffic accidents. Fender benders cost victims millions of dollars each year.

These crashes are often fatal for victims. The human body is just not meant to handle the forces associated with a rear-end collision. An experienced Illinois car crash lawyer can help surviving family members recover lost compensation.
