Chicago, IL – Multiple Injuries in Rollover Crash on Western Ave

Chicago, IL (May 30, 2020) – A Chicago crash on Thursday, May 28th, left five people seriously injured, including two children. The crash reportedly occurred at the 3600 block of S. Western Avenue at around 4:16 p.m. A Mazda making a turn onto 36th Street collided with a Nissan.

The Nissan overturned, and the Mazda collided with a utility pole. Five occupants inside the Nissan suffered injuries. Two children were transported to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, along with another adult victim. Two other adults were transported to Mt. Sinai Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

An ongoing investigation into the crash is currently underway.
