Rockford, IL (November 29, 2020) – Four people in the Rockford area were hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision on Thursday evening, November 26.
Local sources revealed that the site of the accident was located on N. Main Street near Gleasman and Latham Roads. The crash took place sometime before 4:30 p.m. Two vehicles at the scene reportedly collided head-on, causing one vehicle to crash into a nearby guardrail.
That same vehicle was reportedly on fire following the crash. Four people involved in the collision were transported to a nearby medical facility for the treatment of sustained injuries. No updates on the conditions of the injured parties are currently available.
Local law enforcement officials are conducting an investigation into the cause of the crash.
