Plainfield, IL (November 26, 2020) – A Plainfield man was killed after being fatally struck by a motor vehicle on Tuesday evening, November 24.
According to local sources, the crash reportedly occurred on IL-50 north of IL-126. Local reports revealed that 48-year-old Sean J. Hall of Plainfield was on the roadway when he was struck by a silver Chrysler Sebring. Emergency responders were called to the scene to render aid to the injured parties.
Hall was transported to AMITA Health Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet for the treatment of critical injuries. He was later pronounced dead by attending medical professionals. No further information on the deadly collision is currently available.
Local law enforcement officials are currently investigating the cause of the crash.
