Godfrey, IL (November 8, 2020) – A three-vehicle collision resulted in the death of a woman in Godfrey on Friday night, November 6.
The crash reportedly occurred at a Walmart located in the 6600 block of Godfrey Road. The cause of the crash has not been reported at this time. Emergency responders were called to the site of the crash to render aid to the injured parties.
One woman involved in the crash reportedly suffered fatal injuries. There were other resulting injuries, but they are believed to be non-life-threatening. No further information on the accident is currently available.
An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is underway.
