Belvidere, IL (November 10, 2020) – A two-vehicle collision resulted in injuries in Belvidere on Sunday afternoon, November 8.
The crash reportedly occurred near the intersection of E. State Street and Shaw Road. Four people involved in the collision suffered injuries in the accident. Two people at the scene were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, and two others refused treatment.
One driver had to be extricated from their vehicle by emergency responders. The cause of the crash has not been reported at this time. No further information on the accident has been released by local authorities.
An ongoing investigation into the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
