Chicago, IL (October 20, 2020) – A man in his 40s was injured after being injured in a hit-and-run accident in Chicago on Sunday evening, October 18.
The crash reportedly occurred in the 3500 block of Milwaukee Avenue at around 8:45 p.m. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and found the injured party lying on the roadway. The victim had reportedly suffered injuries consistent with being struck by a motor vehicle.
The identity of the man has not been revealed at this time. The injured party was taken to Lutheran General Hospital for the treatment of sustained injuries. No further information on the crash has been provided at this time.
An ongoing investigation into the accident is currently underway.
