Hartford, IL (September 10, 2020) – A two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Illinois Route 3 and Rand Avenue in Hartford left one woman injured on Wednesday, September 9.
Officials from the Hartford Police Department were notified of the crash at around 6 a.m. that morning. At this time, the cause of the crash has not been reported. For unknown reasons, two vehicles collided near the intersection across from Casey’s convenience store.
The site of the crash was closed while investigators and paramedics were present. A woman involved in the accident was taken by ambulance to Alton Memorial Hospital for treatment. No updates on her condition have been provided at this time.
An ongoing investigation into the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
