Crest Hill, IL (September 25, 2020) – There were reported injuries following a head-on collision in the Crest Hill area on Wednesday morning, September 23.
The accident took place near the intersection of Knapp Street and Weber Road. Local authorities and paramedics were called to the site of the crash at around 6:30 a.m. that morning. One person involved in the accident sustained injuries.
The factors contributing to the accident have not been reported at this time. For unknown reasons, two vehicles collided head-on at the intersection. One crash victim was transported to AMITA St. Joesph Medical Center in Joliet, Illinois for the treatment of sustained injuries.
No further information on the crash is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the accident is underway.
