Chicago, IL (September 23, 2020) – On Sunday, September 20, a woman sustained fatal injuries after being involved in a car accident in the Back of Yards area on Chicago’s South Side.
The fatal accident reportedly occurred at around 5 a.m. at the 900 block of W. Garfield Boulevard. Local authorities reported that the deceased victim was involved in a crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. Emergency responders and law enforcement officials were called to the scene of the deadly crash to render aid to the involved parties.
The factors contributing to the accident have not been revealed at this time. The identity of the deceased party has not been released at this time. Her autopsy revealed that she died due to multiple blunt force injuries sustained in the accident.
