Chicago, IL (September 18, 2020) – There were reported injuries following a collision involving a motorcycle and another vehicle in Chicago on Thursday morning, September 17.
The site of the accident was reportedly located on Kennedy Expressway (Interstate 90) near the area of Irving Park. Officials from the Illinois State Police reported that the accident occurred along the northbound lanes of the highway at around 6 a.m. that morning. The outbound lanes of the roadway were closed following the accident.
One person at the scene sustained injuries and was hospitalized for treatment. At this time, no updates on the condition of the injured party have been provided. No further details on the collision have been provided.
An ongoing investigation into the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
