Intersection Collisions in Illinois

Oswego, IL - Sally Vu Injured in Intersection Crash at US-30 & Goodwin Dr

Intersections are designed to organize the roadways and help reduce congestion. However, the actions of negligence drivers can lead to catastrophic accidents at New Mexico intersections. The Federal Highway Administration reports that there are nearly 2.5 million intersection collisions reported each year, accounting for roughly 40% of reported car accidents. In fact, intersection crashes are the second-largest crash category in the nation, accounting for half of injury collisions and one-quarter of deadly accidents reported annually.

Dealing with the aftermath of a serious crash is a long and frustrating process, and many crash victims are unprepared to protect their rights. The financial impact of medical care, repair bills, and lost wages can be extremely disruptive to our lives and leave accident victims in a difficult financial and emotional situation.
