Oswego, IL (August 26, 2020) – Two people sustained injuries following a multi-vehicle collision in Oswego on Monday, August 24. Initial sources revealed that the accident occurred near the intersection of Plainfield Road and Woolley Road at around 5:32 p.m. that afternoon. 

Local reports indicated that four vehicles were involved in the accident. Two of the drivers, identified as 57-year-old Alicia D. Carson of Oswego and 40-year-old Fanny Glaraza from Plainfield, Illinois, sustained injuries and were transported to a nearby medical facility for treatment. The other two drivers were uninjured in the crash. 

At this time, the cause of the crash has not been reported. Initial reports revealed that the damage resulting from the accident was expected to exceed $1,500. At this time, no further updates on the conditions of the injured parties have been provided. 

Local authorities are currently conducting an investigation into the cause of the accident.
