Illinois T-Bone Collisions
The National Transportation Highway Safety Administration found that an estimated 8,000 people each year are killed in t-bone collisions across the country, with more than 50% of fatal collisions involving a T-bone impact. These types of crashes are more dangerous than either head-on or rear-end crashes and are much more likely to result in fatal injuries. These crashes have become more fatal as speed limits have increased and SUVs have become more popular.
Car crash victims often find themselves struggling to learn their rights in time to protect them after an accident. Luckily, you do not have to pursue a personal injury claim on your own.
