Danville, IL – Tyler Rodriguez Killed in Hit-&-Run on US-150

Danville, IL (July 8, 2020) – On Saturday, July 4, a pedestrian was fatally struck in Danville. The driver responsible for the collision fled the scene. A 26-year-old man was hit near the intersection of US-150 and County Road 1300 East (Henning Road) at around 2 a.m.

Tyler Rodriguez was reportedly crossing the highway when he was struck by a driver who fled the scene of the crash. Rodriguez sustained fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead. It is believed that the vehicle involved in the crash was a silver Sedan.

Illinois State Police is currently investigating the crash.
