Chicago, IL – Man Injured in Rollover Crash on N Lake Shore Dr

Chicago, IL (July 17, 2020) – A rollover crash resulted in a man suffering injuries. Local sources revealed that the accident occurred in the Gold Coast area of Chicago. Emergency responders arrived at the scene of the crash, which was reported to be at the 1100 block of North Lake Shore Drive. Local sources revealed that three vehicles were involved in the crash.

Reports from authorities indicated that the accident took place late on Wednesday night, July 15. At around 10:40 p.m., a man driving a Kia Sportage collided with two other vehicles while traveling on North Lake Shore Drive. The two other vehicles were reportedly slowing down to avoid another minor collision on the roadway. The man driving the Kia failed to notice in time and struck both these vehicles, causing his car to overturn.

The injured party was transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital for the treatment of sustained injuries. It is believed that his injuries were non-life-threatening. The cause of the accident has not yet been disclosed by local authorities.
