Chicago, IL – Man Fatally Struck by SUV on S Pulaski Rd

Chicago, IL (July 14, 2020) – A man was killed after being struck by a vehicle in the Mount Greenwood area on Chicago’s south side. The accident occurred on Saturday, July 11, near the 11100 block of South Pulaski Road. A man in his 20s was hit by a 2015 Honda SUV at around 11:53 p.m.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene by attending medical professionals. No other injuries were reported in the collision. The driver of the Honda remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.

An ongoing investigation into the crash is being managed by the Chicago Police Department Major Accidents Unit.
