Peoria, IL – Multiple Injuries in Semi-Truck Crash on I-474

Peoria, IL (June 17, 2020) – Four people were reportedly injured following a crash involving a semi-truck in Peoria on Tuesday morning, June 16th. The collision occurred on I-474 at around 7:59 a.m. that morning. An 18-wheeler reportedly struck another car while changing lanes on the highway.

The semi caused the other vehicle to enter oncoming traffic and collide with another vehicle. One of the vehicles contained three occupants and the other contained only one. All four victims were taken to nearby hospitals for the treatment of sustained injuries.

Local officials are currently investigating the accident.
