Chicago, IL (June 20, 2020) – Six people, including one child, were injured in a hit-and-run collision in Chicago on Friday, June 19th. The site of the crash was at the 5700 block of South Lake Shore Drive. The crash occurred at around 2:30 p.m., and the driver fled the scene of the accident.

Two vehicles were reportedly involved. A child was transported to Comer’s Hospital in critical condition. Five adults were taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, in conditions ranging from serious to critical.

An ongoing investigation into the collision is underway.
