Chicago, IL – Child Injured in Crash at I-94 & 58th St

Chicago, IL (June 8, 2020) – An infant girl suffered injuries after a car accident in Chicago on Monday morning, June 8th. The Illinois State Police reported that two vehicles lost control at around 1 a.m. and collided with a concrete median. The crash occurred on I-94 near 58th Street.

The young girl was transported to Comer Children’s Hospital with serious injuries. The child was reportedly secured in a child seat at the time of the accident. At this time, the cause of the accident is not known.

Local officials are currently investigating the cause of the crash.
