18-Wheeler Accidents in Illinois

There are more than 2 million trucks sharing the roads with other vehicles in the United States. There are more than 500,000 18-wheeler accidents reported annually. These collisions result in nearly 130,000 injuries each year.

These large vehicles can cause devastating injuries in the event of a crash. Driver inexperience is a leading cause of deadly commercial vehicle accidents as companies are trying to fill positions with a shortage of drivers. When the negligence of another party causes a crash, injured victims should consult with an Illinois trucking injury lawyer.
