Rockford, IL (May 30, 2020) – Authorities in Rockford were called to the scene of a crash with serious injuries on Thursday, May 28th. The crash reportedly occurred at the intersection of Charles Street and 20th Street at around 12:45 p.m. At this time, the details currently available about the accident are limited.
