Rollover collisions have a higher rate of fatality than other crashes, contributing to nearly 35% of deadly passenger-vehicle accidents. There were 7,600 deaths resulting from rollovers in 2010. Of those killed, 69% were unrestrained at the time of the accident.

What you do the moments after an accident is of critical importance. Many crash victims are unsure of how to get the compensation they need to recover after a serious accident. In some cases, injured parties can consult with a qualified Illinois car crash attorney to discuss their next steps to take.
