Chicago, IL – Multiple Injuries in Crashes at I-290 & Kostner Ave

Chicago, IL (May 26, 2020) – On Sunday night, May 24th, multiple crashes resulted in six people suffering injuries, including two children, in Chicago. The site of the accidents was reportedly at the intersection of I-290 (Eisenhower Expressway) and Kostner Avenue. The first collision reportedly occurred at around 10:15 p.m., and the last accident took place at around 11:05 p.m.

At this time, it’s unknown how many separate collisions took place. Two minors and two adults were taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition. Two more adults were transported to Mt. Sinai Hospital in critical condition.

An ongoing investigation into the crash is currently underway.
