Rockford, IL (April 9, 2020) – A very severe car accident was reported in Rockford, Illinois on Tuesday, April 8th. The crash occurred on 15th Avenue and resulted in one person being ejected from a vehicle. Witnesses from the scene reported that the injured party was lying on the road unconscious following the accident.

Multiple emergency units responded to the scene, including the Rockford police and fire departments. It’s unknown at this time of the injuries were life-threatening. The cause of the collision is currently unknown.

An investigation into the crash is being conducted by the Rockford Police Department.
