Being injured in a crash can be life-changing. 90 percent of crashes are caused by driver error, and innocent victims often suffer most. Nearly 21.5 percent of crashes reported in Illinois in 2017 resulted in injuries.

In most cases, a negligent driver is responsible for an accident. That means he or she can potentially be held accountable for resulting injuries. Injured parties should consult with a qualified Illinois car crash attorney to pursue lost compensation.
