Being involved in a head-on collision can be devastating. The resulting injuries are often fatal due to the force of impact. In fact, head-on collisions have a nearly 28 percent fatality rate.

Head-on collisions are involved in nearly 10 percent of deadly accidents each year, despite only making up around 2 percent of reported crashes. When a crash results in the loss of a loved one, it can be catastrophic for those close to the victim.
