When a motorcycle is involved in a crash with a passenger vehicle, the rider is at risk of being seriously injured. Motorcycles don’t provide the same level of safety, and there is little protecting the rider from the full impact of the accident. Statistics show that motorcyclists are 27 times more likely to suffer fatal injuries in the event of a crash.

Thousands of riders are killed in motorcycle crashes each year. When a reckless driver is responsible for the crash, he or she can be held responsible for any resulting injuries. A skilled Illinois motorcycle crash attorney can help injured parties pursue lost compensation for their injuries.
