Illinois Rollover Accidents

Rollovers are responsible for a growing number of deadly passenger-vehicle accidents each year. In 2010, 35 percent of fatal crashes involved overturning passenger cars. 7,600 people were killed in rollovers that year.

In the event of a rollover, vehicle occupants risk being ejected from the vehicle. This is more likely if they are unrestrained at the time of impact. In some cases, surviving family members can consult with a qualified Illinois wrongful death lawyer to pursue deserved compensation.
