Intersection Collisions in Illinois

Crossing an intersection is more dangerous than you realize. Each year, nearly 40 percent of all reported accidents occur at an intersection. There are more than 2.5 million reported each year.

In most cases, intersection crashes are caused by negligent drivers who fail to yield. The rules of the road are designed to keep people safe, and that means yielding when necessary. Injured victims should consult with a qualified Illinois car crash attorney to pursue lost compensation.
