Round Grove, IL (February 15, 2020) – A 9-year-old boy has been identified as the victim of a fatal crash near Round Grove on Thursday, February 13th. The crash occurred on I-17 east of Dwight, Illinois at around 4:45 p.m.
According to local authorities, the driver of a white Chevy Tahoe lost control of their vehicle on the icy roadway, causing the vehicle to crash.
An investigation into the cause of the crash is being handled by the Illinois State Police.
