Sharing the road as a pedestrian is inherently dangerous. Even if you are using a crosswalk, you may go unnoticed by a driver. Many pedestrians suffer life-threatening injuries after a motor vehicle collision.

In Illinois, 4,665 pedestrians were injured in car crashes in 2012. Hundreds more lost their lives. Injured parties should consult with a qualified Illinois pedestrian injury attorney to pursue legal compensation for their injuries.
