Rear-End Collisions in Illinois
Rear-end accidents are the most common type of crash experienced on American roadways. 28 percent of all reported crashes are rear-end impacts. These crashes often happen when inattentive drivers fail to notice a vehicle ahead of them has come to a stop.
In severe cases, a driver may be ejected from the vehicle, suffering severe injuries. The aftermath of such a crash can be particularly devastating for injured parties. In some cases, an experienced Illinois car crash attorney can help injured victims pursue deserved compensation.
