Chicago, IL – 4 Injured in Metra Train Crash at Pulaski Rd & 87th St

Chicago, IL (February 13, 2020) – Four people, including a pedestrian, were left critically injured following a crash involving a Metra train and another vehicle on Tuesday night, February 11th. The crash happened at a grade crossing near the intersection of Pulaski Road and 87th Street at around 7:30 p.m. A train reportedly struck the vehicle, which then hit a pedestrian.

Emergency responders had to extricate the occupants of the vehicle.

Two victims were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center and another two victims were transported to the University of Chicago trauma center.

An investigation into the accident is currently in progress.
