Brighton, IL (February 16, 2020) – There were reported injuries following a crash involving a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle in Brighton on Friday, February 14th. The accident occurred on IL-111 sometime that afternoon. Emergency personnel responded to the scene to render aid to those involved in the crash. 

The driver and some juveniles in the vehicle were hospitalized for treatment following the accident. The factors contributing to the collision haven’t been disclosed. No updates on the status of the injured parties have been provided.

Local authorities are currently investigating the cause of the collision. More details will be released as the investigation continues.
