It can be extremely complicated to determine who is liable for a crash. Often, drivers and their insurance companies will argue that they are not responsible for your damages. In multi-vehicle crashes, it can be even more complex to assign blame.

There are hundreds of thousands of crashes reported each year in Illinois. Twenty-two percent of these crashes resulted in injury to at least one party involved in the accident. Injured parties should consult with an Illinois car crash attorney to see if they have grounds for compensation.
