An overwhelming majority of car accidents are the result of driver error. Even if you follow all the rules of the road, you still run the risk of being injured by a reckless driver. Reckless drivers are responsible for nearly a third of all serious collisions reported in the United States each year.

Being injured by a reckless driver can take you by surprise. Drivers may rear-end another car at an intersection or run a red light, causing a T-bone crash. Whatever the case, injured parties should reach out to a qualified Illinois auto accident lawyer immediately after a crash.
