Oswego, IL – 2 Injured Following Collision On US-30

Oswego, IL (January 2, 2020) – Two people were reportedly injured following a collision near Oswego, Illinois on New Year’s Eve. The crash occurred at the 1300 block of US-30, near Gastville Street, on Tuesday, December 31st, at around 5 p.m. The crash involved two vehicles, an SUV and a sedan. 

According to officials at the scene, the driver and passenger of the sedan were injured in the crash. The driver was a man, 19, of Aurora, Illinois, and the passenger was a man, 33, of Montgomery, Illinois. Both parties were transported to a nearby hospital for the treatment of sustained injuries.

The occupants of the SUV weren’t injured in the crash. Local authorities are currently investigating the cause of the crash.
