Crashes involving semi-trucks often result in catastrophic injuries. Overwhelmingly, those injured in these accidents are occupants of smaller passenger vehicles. The ensuing damages can be massive and can greatly disrupt a victim’s life.

Each year, around 5,000 passenger-vehicle occupants are killed in semi-truck accidents in the United States. When victims survive, they will likely incur steep medical expenses. Injured victims should contact an Illinois trucking injury lawyer to protect their rights to compensation.
