Certain actions behind the wheel can increase your chances to be involved in a serious collision. Speeding is often cited as a factor in fatal vehicle collisions throughout the United States. These crashes are caused by reckless drivers who endanger the safety of themselves and others.

In 2017, 26 percent of all fatal collisions were caused by speeding motorists. When you speed, you magnify the injuries sustained in a collision. If you are injured by a reckless driver, you should contact a qualified Illinois car crash lawyer to protect your legal rights.
