Intersections are a common site of serious collisions. Each year, nearly 40 percent of all reported crashes take place within intersections. These collisions often involve distracted or reckless motorists.

Many drivers fail to check to make sure the path is clear before entering an intersection. This basic action could prevent many intersections accidents. An experienced Illinois car crash lawyer can help injured parties obtain deserved compensation.
