Woodstock, IL – 3 Critically Injured At Queen Anne Rd & Charles Rd

Woodstock, IL (November 27, 2019) – An early morning crash on Sunday, November 24th, near Woodstock, Illinois left three people critically injured. Initial reports indicated the accident took place near the intersection of Queen Anne Rd. and Charles Rd. Emergency responders arrived at the scene of the crash at around 2 a.m. 

At the scene, officials from the Woodstock Fire Rescue District found a Toyota Camry turned over on its side. One person had been ejected from the vehicle, and two others were still trapped inside. Emergency responders rescued the trapped victims, who were transported by helicopter to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, Illinois.

The ejected victim was taken by ambulance to Northwestern Medicine Woodstock Hospital. Local authorities are conducting an investigation into the crash.
