Drivers who travel on the wrong side of the roadway are often confused or lost. In other cases, they are intoxicated and likely not aware they are traveling in the wrong direction. This is very serious and results in significant injuries.

Each year in the United States, around 355 people are killed in wrong-way collisions. These crashes are often head-on, resulting in serious injuries for those involved. Injured victims may be able to recover financial compensation.
