Rollover crashes can be traumatic events for those involved. A vehicle can turn over very suddenly, causing its occupants to be seriously injured in the process. In many cases, these crashes are the result of driver negligence.

35 percent of all fatal passenger vehicle crashes are rollovers. In 2010 alone, 7,600 people lost their lives in a rollover accident. A majority of these fatalities were due to unrestrained passengers.
