A fatality occurred in a construction zone in Southside, Chicago, after a 19-year-old driver struck a work site. According to police, the driver of the vehicle was charged with drunk driving. His charges include improper lane usage, excessive speed, failure to carry a driver's license, driving without insurance and a DUI resulting in an accidental death. Authorities confirmed the19-year-old man had a blood alcohol level of 0.191, which is more than twice the Illinois legal limit.
