Fatal Chicago hit-and-run accident kills one and injures others

The 21-year old female driver of the vehicle that struck the victims was arrested following the accident. The woman was charged with one count of leaving the scene of a fatal car accident and four counts of leaving the scene of a car accident that resulted in serious injury.
