Decatur, IL (May 9, 2020) – On Friday afternoon, May 8th, emergency responders were called to the scene of a serious collision in Decatur, Illinois. At least three vehicles were involved in the crash, and local news sources reported that six ambulances responded to the scene. The crash occurred at the intersection of Eldorado Street and Franklin Street at around 1 p.m.

Few details on the accident have been made public at this time. There were confirmed injuries, but the severity and number of injuries are currently unknown. The cause of the accident hasn’t been reported.

An ongoing investigation into the crash is being handled by local authorities.
