Beach Park, IL (May 4, 2020) – A collision resulted in injuries in Beach Park, Illinois on Saturday, May 2nd. The accident took place at the intersection of Beach Park Drive and Sheridan Road at around 8:45 p.m. Initial reports revealed that a Chevy Impala driven by a 22-year-old Chicago man drove into oncoming traffic, colliding with a Nissan Rogue. 

The driver of the Chevy and the 37-year-old Waukegan man driving the Nissan were taken to Vista East Medical Center for treatment. The driver of the Impala was reportedly in critical condition.

The collision is currently under investigation by local authorities.
