Being involved in a head-on crash can result in serious and sometimes even life-threatening injuries. These accidents aren’t common, only making up around 2 percent of reported crashes, but are responsible for nearly 10 percent of deadly accidents. The force of impact makes head-on crashes particularly deadly.

A head-on crash occurs when two vehicles collide traveling directly toward the other. Even at low-speeds, this kind of impact can result in fatal injuries. Injured parties should consult with a qualified Illinois car crash attorney to pursue lost compensation.
