When a car is traveling at high speeds, it is vulnerable to turning over even due to a slight impact. Rollovers are incredibly dangerous and are one of the leading contributors to deadly passenger vehicle accidents. 7,600 people were killed in rollovers in 2010 alone.

A majority of crashes are caused by reckless drivers, including rollovers. If the actions of a negligent driver caused an accident, they can be potentially held responsible. Injured parties should contact a qualified Illinois car crash attorney to pursue lost compensation.
